 * Please forgive the rookie question, but I’m having trouble with some plugins.
   I normally download, then upload to the correct folder on my website, then ‘activate’
   from my Manage Plugins, then click over to the Widgets tab to drag and drop/configure.
 * Some recent plugins never make it to the Widgets page even after being activated.
   My question is… why?
 * I’m thinking perhaps I already have the maximum number of Widgets? I’ve got 15
   listed there so the list looks full. If 15 is the maximum, then I’ve got another
   question… why can’t I remove some Widgets/Plugins? I go back to Manage Plugins
   and choose “Bulk Actions”->Delete, and nothing happens. Seriously… why?
 * If it helps, my latest plugin that won’t turn itself into a Widget is “Simple
   Counters”. And the latest plugin that refuses to be deleted is “JR_Twitter”.
 * Any help/advice/smacks on the head appreciated…

 * Not all plugins incorporate widgets?
