# Widget & shortcode not working

 * Hi. I use this amazing plugin, I created the forms and linked the API but it 
   doesn’t work when I use widgets or shortcodes.
    What information can I send to
   you for help solve the problem?

    Thanks for reaching out!
 * Would you please confirm if you have created your forms with the builder that
   is built into the plugin, or from your Sendinblue account directly?
 * If forms are created from within your Sendinblue account directly, it will be
   necessary to add them via HTML or iframe instead of with a short code. If they
   are created with the plugin, however, then the shortcode should work for embedding
   the form.
