Login to your WordPress dashboard and go to Appearance > Widgets. You can remove widgets there, but it’ll depend on what widgets you’re using as to how you can customise them.
you dont see the small text to the left of the drop down? i want to use the widget
ive added things to my sidebar template if that could have anything to do with it
