Is the order of the route correct in the editor itself? The other locations before the one that occurs in 2 months from now all have dates?

The route is correctly ordererd, all locations have arrival and departure dates.
I took a picture of the editor screen, but do not know how to transmit it to you…
Can you email it to tijmen a nomadworldmap.com, and if possible also the login details for the wp admin?

One date encoded in the map Editor was wrong.
After correction, the widget is working perfectly…

From what I did understand, the actual date (14th september 2014) should be in your list. I suggest you add the your actual location in front of the list, from today to your departure date.
P.S. Your trip seems very attractive. I have a recommandation to do for your journey between Bryce and Torrey, but do not have any idea how to open a private conversation…

I guess you will follow the US12 Scenic Byway (you should) to reach Torrey.
I suggest you to leave it at Boulder (75 miles away from Bryce), and take the Burr Trail Road, and then the Nottom-Bullfrog road which brings you a few miles east of Torrey. This is a dust road inside Capitol Reef, with stuning views of the Waterpocket Fold.
