# Widgets not loading

 * Good morning,
 * I have been using your plugin for years. With the last updates, I have started
   to undergo some bugs and crashes, that have been resolved with the updates. But
   one keeps going since a few of them, and I can’t get your widgets to load on 
   any of my pages. I have a widget with upcoming events in the sidebar of my home,
   and a calendar in one of my pages ([https://confinedrock.com/event-directory/](https://confinedrock.com/event-directory/))
   and they keep loading for ever and ever.
 * I’m using your EventOn plugin (with license), ver 4.7.3

 * Please follow the instructions in this [documentation](https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-debug-for-php-code-errors/)
   to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide
   insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file.

 * I have tried the debugging mode, and nothing remarkable appears in the debug.
   log
 * When inspecting with the browser, I can see this error “**Failed to load resource:
   the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) /?evo-ajax=
   eventon_init_load:1**” refering to this code:

 * I have tried with different shortcodes and I always get the same. Just to let
   you know, I have also installed SiteOrigin PageBuilder (I know there were some
   incompatibilities in the past), but I have also tried uninstalling the plugin,
   and the error persists.
