Wiki Lite Plugins Problem

Hi,
I installed wiki lite plugins (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-wiki-plugin/) and created a few wiki but in root them, wiki lists are not shown.
In fact, when clicked ‘Wikis’ link, it show ‘No Breadcrumbs’ message.
