   hoped for more.

 * Can you elaborate and tell us more about what you didn’t like about the plugin?
   Which features did you think were lesser when compared to something else?

 * Noticed you left 1 star reviews on all of our plugins, without ever stating a
   concrete issue you had with any product, nor opening a support thread, and did
   this with a newly created wp.org account (with no other activity). This looks
   a bit strange.
    You’re also mentioning the premium version in your message, but
   reviewing the free one.
 * However, if you actually used any of our products and struggled, I’m sorry you
   had a bad experience and would appreciate any detailed feedback as well as giving
   us a chance to assist you.
