Hey JoeMi,
Thank you for posting! That’s certainly odd that it can’t be activated and there’s no error. I wasn’t able to replicate, so to rule out any local issues, can you try making sure your browser is updated to the latest version and also try in an incognito window? If that doesn’t work, try in another browser entirely also.
If still there is no luck, can you send over some additional information?
– The operating system/version and browser + version you’re using
– The version of php your site is using
– Any other plugins you’re using (esp the MailChimp ones)
Once I get those details back from you I’ll be happy to look into this further. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply!
Best,
Garnet

Hi Garnet,
I am using the latest version of chrome by default, I have tried in an incognito window and also tried in FF and IE to the same result.
I am using Windows 7
– Chrome version 54.0.2840.59
– PHP 5.3.3
– Also using Mailchimp for WordPress (This activated fine)
WPML suite
WooCommerce
Ninja Forms
AWS
WP Super Cache
Thanks for those details!
It looks like this is arising due to that php 5.3 version. Our developers are aware of some conflicts with php versions prior to 5.6, and are currently working on digging into some solutions. At this time, I would recommend upgrading to php 5.6 or higher to make sure the plugin works as expected.
Give that a shot and let me know if you see any other issues!
