The cache is deleted when the comment is approved. The system used to be as you said but I changed it because of spam comments.

If the comments are approved automatically, the cache of page is deleted.

Hi.
I want to request a feature.
When someone post a comment, is it possible to wipe the cache ? Because when we post a comment it is like nothing was posted.
