Using a child theme should not cause this issue with plugins, unless you have something strange in your child theme’s functions.php file.
Link to site? Theme you are using? Content of child theme functions.php file (if any)? Plugins in question? What do you mean “vanish”? Are they still in your plugins folder?
It’s really difficult to provide you with specific advice when you have given us nothing to go on.

Vanish as in disappeared, gone, no longer visible through dashboard
This is a new site and these are the 1st 2 updates notices that I received. I have reloaded both plugins.
Resolved how? This is happening to me also all of a sudden.

Deactivate the plugin before upgrading.
