   don’t understand the work involved in releasing and maintaining a plugin. They
   expect for it to work perfectly for nothing (and never write a good review when
   it works) and when the plugin has a bug, they are the first in line to give it
   one star without helping the dev troubleshoot, it’s a toxic environment.
