You can try using the plugin – Discount Rules for WooCommerce or Quantity Discounts & Pricing for WooCommerce or choose one from this list that suits your requirement.

I am selling an item one for $5.00 or two for $9.00. Do I need the pro version to set up my price this way? I have tried to set it up but have been unsuccessful.
Just wanted to note that there isn’t a Pro version of WooCommerce core, you add extensions and functionality to the core plugin but WooCommerce itself is completely free.
You can check the plugins suggested by Kaavvya above, personally I would go with this one as it’s made by one of our partners and comes with email support. 🙂
