Woo Subscription: Automatic Renewals

I need help with Woo Subscriptions. I need to create a an automatic payment renewal order for my subscriptions. I need to make sure that it automatically processes (not manually), starting tomorrow, for one client. I thought I had all of the steps down, per the WooCom documentation.

I also need to make sure that Woo pulls in the Woo USPS Shipping Services that I have in place for one-time orders but so far, I can’t get it to display nor pull in those prices.

Things you’ll need to know:

1. I have created each of these manually since migrating over from another subscription service
2. Reference transactions are in place with PayPal

From what I understand, I had to set up:
1. The subscription, then add…
2. The renewal order

Where I’m confused
2. When I create the renewal order, Woo asks me if I need to create the reference transaction order.
3. When I click the button to create the reference transaction order, I get another error that says “payment reference transaction ID is not available for the payment process.”
4. Woo USPS Shipping services isn’t displaying the price to ship.
