# Woo Subscriptions hook not triggering

 * Hi,
   We have developed a plugin that connects to an external API.Our point is 
   to create user or to update them after a successful subscription order.For the
   first order, using the “woocommerce_payment_complete” hook, it works as intended.
 * The problem is that the same script on the “woocommerce_subscription_renewal_payment_complete”
   hook, for it to trigger after a customer pay for their renewal, and it doesn’t
   seem to trigger at all.
   I’ve already tried to add a simple wp_mail function as
   first statement, and I don’t receive anything.Thank you for your help,
