    I’ve been putting in support tickets for over a week on paid products. No response from woo. Any suggestions? Are they still in business?

    As I said I’ve gotten no responses so there is no ticket number. This is how woo works. You put in a ticket via a chat. If a support tech decides to ignore you and you get no ticket number.

    Gotcha! In that case, can you navigate to https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/, select “I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.“, then “Need something else? Contact Us!“:

    Next, please fill in the form via the pop-up:

    Once you’ve submitted this, it should create a new ticket, and email you a ticket number for future reference and communication.

    It seems like the last response from our end was Tuesday, October 1. With regard to your most recent reply, one of our Happiness Engineers will get back to you – typically within 24-48 hours.

    You are correct, and after trying what they suggested that day it broke my site. No response sense then despite multiple request. At this point I can verify they never even bothered to look at the sys report. I set up a test to see if they did. They are not even looking at support tickets before responding.

    Normally, our Happiness Engineers get to reply lots of tickets in a day. I was able to check the thread in your request and the shared steps at first are the general steps to troubleshooting, I could also notice that you decided to hire a developer to assist you further with your issue.
