 * Processing orders this morning and now Analytics has started failing…. No new
   plugins, etc. Everything else has been stable and fully operational. No errors
   in the web server logs.

   I understand your concern. To assist you further, could you please 
   confirm if you’ve recently updated any plugins, after which the issue started
   appearing?
 * In the meantime, please go to **WooCommerce → Status → Tools**, and run the tool
   called **“Recreate Analytics tables”**. Then, check if the issue is resolved.
   
   Also, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary
   information below for us to investigate the issue further:
    - **System Status Report** which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    - **Fatal error logs** (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
