WooCommerce Analytics has stopped filling in the Graph in the WooCommerce Analytics > Overview tab. This just started happening after installing the latest critical update to WooCommerce (version 8.9.3).

As per the image, there are sales for the month, it is just not showing inthe graph.

    Hi @majaid,

You can toggle between a line chart or a bar chart by clicking on the buttons at the top right of the charts here:

I assume that’s what you mean? Going back to the line chart.

Kindly let us know if you mean something else and we’ll be happy to assist you!

    Thanks!

Thanks for your reply but I mean something else.

If you look at the first image I attached, you will see that there are no sales listed for 11 June.

But as you can see from the below screenshot, the site has sales for 11 June (this screenshot is literally a couple of minutes ago on 11 June 2024).

    Hi @majaid

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clear the Analytics cache? Once done, navigate to Analytics > Settings and import historical data.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

I cleared the analytics cache but there are still orders missing from the analytics report pages. The import historical data page shows a “Nothing To Import” status and the Start button is disabled.
