Then check again the analytics report. * If it’s still not working, check under `WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions` to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from importing. * If that still doesn’t get the data to appear, or if you can’t get to the dashboard at all, it may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. * The best way to determine this is to: - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/) - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce - Repeat the action that is causing the problem * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. When checking your error logs it appears that you have installed the WooCommerce Balíkobot plugin which is no longer under your active or inactive plugins, so I assume you removed it. It can be possible that this plugin caused some issues, and what I recommend doing is the following: * 1) Make a full backup of your site and database using UpdraftPlus. 2) Access your site via FTP and delete the woocommerce folder under the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory. 3) Download a fresh copy of WooCommerce from [this URL](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.5.9.0.zip) and extract/upload the woocommerce folder to the same directory via FTP. * Let us know how that goes. * [gilesholder](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gilesholder/) * (@gilesholder) * [4 years, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-analytics-missing/#post-15105668) * I have exactly the same issue. I am using Elementor Pro and Hello Theme with a Child. * This issue is still present with all plugins disabled.
