I am using the ‘woocommerce price based on countries’ plugin. My site’s base currency is GBP and currently I only have one Zone set up for the USA to show prices in USD. Everything works great on the site and in my Woocommerce > Orders page the prices are displayed in USD for US orders.

However, when I go to Analytics to see my daily / monthly orders the ‘Net Sales’ figures in GBP are incorrect and being overstated.

Let’s say I got one UK sale for £100 and one US sale for $100. Analytics shows ‘Net Sales’ as £200 rather than converting the USD amount and showing the correct Net Sales as ~£175

    Hi there,

The free version of the plugin uses the exchange rate you enter in the pricing zone to convert the amounts in the WooCommerce Analytics reports. What’s the exchange rate you entered in the US pricing zone?

Ah I see, thank you! I hadn’t bothered filling that in because I use the set price per product feature, not relative to the exchange rate. I have set it now. No change for previous orders but I assume now it will be correct going forwards? Thanks for your help

    Hi,
Sorry for the delay. Yes, the orders added after changing the exchange rates should display with the correct amount in the Analytics reports.
