Hi @gomle,
Thanks for reaching out!
I performed some testing on my local installation and I’m not experiencing the same issue you described. You can see orders here and the Analytics > Overview page.
Can you see any pending actions in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions? If so, run those actions manually and see if that helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi there,
It’s been a while since we last heard back from you. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.
Hopefully, you were able to find a way forward with the issue – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

It’s working on and off.. I see other people in this same forum is mentioning the same thing.
Suddenly there is data in the analytics, and suddenly there are not.
It’s a clean installation, with no cache running – and something IS wrong with this.
I did not continue the conversation, as I notice you reply the other ones that says the same with the same you replied to me: You have done testing, and can’t find anything wrong on your local installation. There is not much to argue about then 😉
I checked the scheduled actions, it looks alright.
Hi,
I’m facing same situation.
In addition to @gomle’s info I did some test:
– disabled all plugin except Woocommerce
– switched theme from Avada to “Twenty Twenty one”
– disabled all kind of cache
– cleared analytics cache with Woocommerce tool
– deleted analytics historical data
– re-imported all historical data (tried also to import only last 30 , 90 days etc)
It looks analytics always returns a different situation: now I can select “Year to date” as range and no issue appears but if I select “Quarter to date” it returns no data
Also for me analytics seams behave randomly and sometimes issue looks related to a single day.
Hello @gomle,
Thanks for getting back to us!
As we move forward and try to troubleshoot your issue, kindly provide us the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
- Developer Console: Right-click on the Analytics page not showing data or press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed using a tool like snipboard.io.
@nowherelab Please open your own thread on this forum and we’ll be happy to help you there – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0.
Thanks!
