Hello,

My checkout of my website is very slow… So, I talked to my Hosting Provider, they asked us to provide the ips of their WooCommerce API. In this way, they can add these ips to allow communication between the server and the api? Can you provide it?

The best thing was to change hosting provider according to WP Rocket Company. But my current hosting provider gave me this solution as i explain above.

Thank you for sending the System Status Report.

I can see that you have an outdated version of the WooCommerce database:

WC Database Version: 6.3.1

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and use the Update database tool to update your database to the latest version.

Kindly update your database to the latest version and see if that works?

Previously, I was trying to update WooCommerce Database, but I have many pending queries. Currently, my database has almost 400mb. Will I need a better server to update database as well?

Hi @costasergio,

If you’re unable to update the database and cron jobs stay in pending status for a long time we’d suggest reaching out to your host as there may be a problem with WP Cron or you’d need more resources to process the update.

As per the reported issue with the slow checkout, can you try changing the theme to Storefront? Do you notice an improvement?

Preferably, you will want to do a full conflict test to see if the issue is caused by a plugin/theme conflict with WooCommerce. Here are the steps for doing a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Hello Mirko,

Yes, i have already changed the theme to Storefront, i didn’t notice any improvement. I talked to company about their theme, they said me Basel theme doesn’t have issues about the checkout process. I have disabled all plugins and the same issue continues.

About WP Cron, i will contact my hosting provider and check this problem with the update database.

I will give you news soon.
