# Woocommerce API problem

 * Hi all,
 * I am trying to connect with the Woocommerce API, however the Woocommerce/Sertting/
   Rest API doesn’t contain the information which is explained in Woocommerce documentation.
   After generating the API key the Consumer Key, Consumer secret and QR code are
   missing. Instead I get different information. Could you please asssist on that
   matter?
 * I am using Flatsome theme.

 * What kind of information do you get instead?
 * A conflict check is also always a good first troubleshooting step: You can use
   [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
   for this. It allows you to deactivate all plugins and activate a default theme
   just for your user session. 
 * Everyone else will see your site normally. 
    Activate the plugin and enter the“
   troubleshooting mode”: `/wp-admin/index.php?page=health-check&tab=troubleshoot`.
   You can then do a test again. Troubleshooting mode also allows you to selectively
   toggle plugins back on. 
 * The plugin requires a default theme like Twenty Seventeen present to work fully.
 * **Before you do that, please do make a full backup!**
 * How does it look in troubleshooting mode?
