    I do not translate the “Proceed to checkout” button on the checkout page.
   In the settings, on the page “Translations of strings” there is also no possibility
   to translate this button. Thanks!

 * This recipe does not suit me. It is for static change name button. But I need
   a multilanguage button.

 * No its not static, as you can see you have to place the text in the “_e( ‘Check
   On Out’, ‘woocommerce’ )”, you can localize this string.
