 * i overwrite a woocommerce website with new one without exporting data (order 
   customer..etc) . i still have the old dumb. i ve tried many time to import it
   to the new dumb but i alaway have error.

   old database dump. Since database migrations and imports are outside the scope
   of WooCommerce core support, I recommend referring to this guide on how to correctly
   import data to your new site:
