    Hi,
I tried to use Automated Export Settings.
But after some time, when I checked the Export List tab, the extract status is “Failed”.
It means the scheduled email won’t happen.
What can I do to fix this?

    Thanks
    Jan

    Hi Jan 👋

Firstly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Gabriel

I don’t think I’m allowed to put it here.
My best guess is this one:
    wp_3_woocommerce_exported_csv_items: Data: 4539.50MB + Index: 81.45MB + Engine InnoDB

But how do I lessen the Data?

    Thanks!

    Thank you, Jan 👋

While checking this table, It sounds like you are using a specific plugin for exports. Could you please let us know the name of the plugin you are using for this matter?

    Thank you!
