# woocommerce Not Functioning

 * My site keeps displaying “is currently unable to handle this request” once woocommerce
   is installed. I have tried installing a lower version of the plugin but I get
   getting this error once I activate woocommerce.

 * After upgrading the woocommerce to a new version, the site keeps displaying unavailable
   until “All the wordpress .php files were replaced with new installed file”. The
   site would work for some minutes, after a while it would go down again. I keep
   repeating this but yet to get a permanent remedy. The site is still down at the
   moment. If I replace All the wordpress .php files it will still work for some
   mins and stop again.

   missed your post. Is the site only having issues when WooCommerce is installed?

   > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste
