# Woocommerce origin data missing when using Cookieyes

 * I noticed that 70% of Woocommerce order origin info is showing Unknown after
   I installed Cookieyes on my website. Similar is the Google Ads Gclid grabber
   plugin. When I check the Cookieyes dashboard, 18% of consents are rejected.
   It
   seems lots of people have the same issue. How is it so? Right now I uninstalled
   the Cookieyes because of this.

 * Hi [@techpik](https://wordpress.org/support/users/techpik/)
 * Greeting from CookieYes!
 * The issue with “Unknown” order origins and the Gclid grabber is likely related
   to users either rejecting the consent banner or not interacting with it. When
   users don’t consent, tracking scripts (like those for WooCommerce and Gclid)
   may not fire, causing the data gaps you’re seeing.
 * To fire this before consent, you should move the related cookies to the Necessary
   category.
 * While moving cookies to the Necessary category, please make sure that it doesn’t
   store any personal information of the visitors. Also, consider seeking legal
   advice to ensure you meet your obligations under GDPR and other relevant regulations.

 * How can I move the related cookies to the Necessary category? Then only visitors
   with rejected consent will be displayed as Unknown origin?
