 * “Payments (1)” in the Dashboard menu cannot be closed or lost in any way. This
   is a constant mistake for customers and administrators. Especially web design
   agency customers experience a lot of confusion on this issue. Even though I reject
   Woo Payments, this statement still remains in the menu. We do not have to use
   Woo Payments.

 * I understand your concern about the notification under the Payments which you
   believe is caused by WooPayments.
 * Just to have a better understanding, are you able to confirm the WooCommerce 
   version in use and the payments plugins as well? The reason I’m asking this is
   that, I’m currently on the latest version of WooCommerce but not facing a similar
   issue from my end.
