# WooCommerce plugin update problem

 * Hello,
 * I have problem when I update WooCommerce plugin the products on the page where
   is the WC plugin just get lost. Also sometime I can not reach WP dashboard because
   of that, so in C-panel I have to make to be as it was or hosting support update
   it for me.
    I am using Bridge theme.

 * I have the same issue. Cannot reach Woocommerce dashboard since the udpating 
   and even rolling back to the previous version, it stills the same.

 * What you’re experiencing sounds like a plugin conflict. I encourage you to run
   a conflict test as described below:

 * If the issue persists, please share a few screenshots of the logs you see in 
   the browser console as well as in WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
 * [@iciaretxebarria](https://wordpress.org/support/users/iciaretxebarria/) It appears
   the issue you’re having could be similar, but we’re not entirely sure. I found
   a few references about a caching plugin that created these issues. I encourage
   you to clear the site’s cache using that plugin and if that doesn’t work right
   away to try and disable it. Finally, taking the conflict test route as [@maxlablife](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maxlablife/)
   would be a good next step. I the issue is different from [@maxlablife](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maxlablife/)’
   s please open a new thread and share the error logs as well as the System Status
   Report with us.
