 * Hi,
 * I have a problem with setting up my woocommerce.
   When i run the setup from woocommerce
   with a list of items to set up i get a error: there is a problem with loading
   your inbox. try again.
 * Most of the time i get that message, sometimes i see the steps from the setup
   and i can setup 1 item but when it’s done i must wait again until i see the setup
   page again…(sometimes it will be days until i see the setup steps again)
 * An idea to solve this? 🙂

 * Hi [@craven89](https://wordpress.org/support/users/craven89/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * I understand that you are seeing this error when navigating to **WooCommerce**
   in your dashboard, correct?
 * Can you please clarify what happens when clicking on “Reload”? Also, can you
   see if deactivating and reactivating WooCommerce makes any difference?
 * If not, I’d suggest deleting WooCommerce, [downloading a fresh copy here](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/),
   and the installing this.
 * I’d like to add that deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce
   data in any way, all orders, customers, etc will still be there once WooCommerce
   has been reinstalled.
 * We strongly recommend ensuring that you have a good [backup](https://woocommerce.com/document/backup-wordpress-content/)
   of your [full site and database](https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/)
   before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily
   restore your site to a functioning state.
 * If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:
    - **System Status Report:** navigate to **WooCommerce** → **Status**. Select`
      Get system report` and then `Copy for support`.
    - **Fatal Error log:** Share a copy of any fatal error log found under **WooCommerce**
      → **Status** → **Logs**.
 * Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
 * Additionally, can you please check if there are any security services running
   on your hosting environment that might be causing this conflict?
 * Cheers!

 * Hi,
 * If i reload the page i get the same error message, sometimes i get the menu and
   i can get a bit further in the setup but most of the time i get the same error
   page. Reinstalling woocommerce did not help, problem stays the same…
 * A couple of weeks ago i also had other problems, but it wa solved with changing
   some memory setting in my directadmin page. (you will see some errors in my logs
   with memory, but that is solved )

 * I don’t see real security services (but i’m also not that familiar with these
   settings/ programs).

 * Hi,
 * `When i run the setup from woocommerce with a list of items to set up i get a
   error: there is a problem with loading your inbox. try again.`
 * Do you mean the setup wizard? May I ask if you navigate to your backend under
   _WooCommerce > settings_, and do a click on help, and run the setup wizard, does
   the issue persist?

 * You can try as mentioned previously to uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce to
   see if that helps: [https://woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/](https://woocommerce.com/document/installing-uninstalling-woocommerce/)
 * Let us know how that goes.
