    Hello @andrasss ,

Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
    Thank you!

    Hello @andrasss ,

    Thank you for the update.

Please make sure you don’t prevent PHP execution in wp-content/plugins directory, like in this example for /media: https://stackoverflow.com/a/71939506
That will prevent our plugin from running an alternate backup method.

In the method that our plugin selected for you, there is a need to keep the computer running and be on the page while it’s ongoing to keep the process (as the browser is used as middleware).

The last thing that could cause such an issue is browser extensions or security plugins but I couldn’t find any security plugin on your site, maybe you had it installed previously and it kept their files after removal.

In terms of browser extensions adblockers, resource limiters, and RAM control plugins can cause similar issues, so if you’re using Opera GX, Firefox, or Brave browser, it may just not work out of the box.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!

    Dear MixHa,

sorry for the delay. no, I was not be able to do this migration properly yet.

actually I tried to migrate another site of the client. this site is much more simple, but i also ran into problem. the code now is: BMI-ofekJlSp-14154.

same server, similar background (latest wp, latest version of the same theme (betheme).

    i keep trying…

    Hi @andrasss

On the site where you tried to make the backup related to BMI-ofekJlSp-14154 (https://**od-***ctive.**) apply these options and it should work properly:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Our plugin should apply it automatically in case of error but the request was not closed but rather put into idle mode, which tricked our plugin which think it’s still ongoing.

Regarding BMI-6lg0awTz-95735 the solution is exactly the same.

In addition please update the plugin to v1.4.3 which should bypass most firewall systems that blocks our process from running such as the one which blocked the request in your first tries.

Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
    Thank you!
