# WooCommerce SQUARE Problem

 * Im getting a critical error on the Gift Voucher button, using WooCommerce with
   YITH Gift Voucher Plugin and WooCommerce Square Payments. YITH tell me its a 
   problem with the Square Plugin, my host say the same, this code looks like they
   are correct. Any idea how I fix this?
 * Navigate to homepage and click Gift Voucher button to see the error.
 * I have tried everything, browsers, cache, uninstalling plugins, safe mode, theme
   changes, reinstalled Square plugin, deleted the product and added a new one. 
   Nothing fixes it

 * From the error message you’ve shared, it seems that the issue is indeed originating
   from the WooCommerce Square Payments plugin.
 * I understand that you’ve already tried reinstalling the Square plugin and the
   issue persists. I would like to confirm if you’ve verified that all requirements
   below for the WooCommerce Square plugin are met:
    - PHP 7.4+
    - WordPress 5.8+
    - WooCommerce 6.8+
    - A [Square account](https://squareup.com/t/cmtp_performance/pr_developers/d_partnerships/p_woocommerce/?route=signup)
    - An [SSL certificate](https://woo.com/document/ssl-and-https/) to use the payment
      gateway
    - [Background processing](https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-square/troubleshooting/#section-2)
      to support automatic [product sync](https://woo.com/document/woocommerce-square/sync-settings/)
 * If so, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that
   we can better understand your site’s current environment?
    - **System Status Report**: navigate to **WooCommerce** → **Status** → select`
      Get system report` and then `Download for support`. This will download a TXT
      file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
