# Woocommerce Stripe Java Script Issue

 * I activated the Woocommerce Stripe Gateway on my site [https://partybag.ie](https://partybag.ie)
   at the start of this year. No problems with 90-95% of online orders, but the 
   other customers seem to all run into a similar java script error which stops 
   them submitting the payment online.
 * I’ve called these customers and (the ones that were willing) they were able to
   complete their sale over the phone via my Stripe account.
 * I know the sale that failed earlier today was on a Mac – don’t know what other
   customers were using.
 * I’m using the up to date Storefront theme 2.1.8.
 * I tried contacting Stripe first, but they are saying that it seems to be an integration
   issue with the plugin.
 * Can anyone help here? I’m not a technical person – so any non-coding solutions
   welcome
