Woocommerce subscriptions do not expire

Dearest all,

I have purchased woocommerce subscriptions plugin and I made sure to create my products as detailed as I can, with the simplest most straightforward options possible. My subscription products have two variations, one that should end or expire after a month, and the other after 6 months.

But this is not working. The status of the subscription does not change.

After purchasing the plugin, I followed the documentation on how to set a subscription product with variations and expected it to work as desired. but the end date seems irrelevant and the status does not change.
