# WooCommerce Subscriptions Problem

 * I have the WooCommerce subscriptions set up via the core plugin – the setting
   in the payments panel to do subscriptions.
 * It was set up and worked okay, and then in one of the recent updates that setting
   came unchecked. This caused the subscriptions to break — when I re-checked it,
   all of the existing subscriptions were no longer active. So in order to get the
   customers back on track they had to actively re-purchase.
 * How can I prevent this from happening again?
