# WooPayments postCode problem when paying

 * Hey guys I have a problem I have set up a WooPayments on this wordpres website
   and there is a big issue when I am in test mode and I put town the test card 
   424242 and I use a postcode from Bulgaria it returns that the post code is not
   full even when I put down a real card with the real post code from Bulgaria it
   still does not work

 * I checked your website to test this and it seems you disabled credit card payment,
   right?
 * Can you please share a screenshot of the error you got when you tried? I recommend
   using [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io). You can share the direct 
   link to the image as a response to this topic.
    - Do you allow purchases from other countries? 
      – If you do, do you get the 
      same error or is it just for Bulgaria?
 * Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us 
   the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
 * System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system
   report > Copy for support.
   Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status
   > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.You could copy
