# WooSync error

 * Hello. I installed the free version of Jetpack CRM to check it out as I’m considering
   to buy the licence. However, when I try running WooSync it’s giving me the following
   error:

 * I’m sorry to hear that your first try with Jetpack CRM generated an issue 🙁
   
   Can you please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Jetpack CRM and
   the WooCommerce core plugin to see if there’s a plugin conflict? If the issue
   is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one
   by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
