Wordefence vulnerability scan

    In Wordefence in the free version, is the vulnerability scan working? When I start the general scan, it runs all the steps but the vulnerability scan is not done, can you help me?

    Hi @userweb, thanks for your message.

    The vulnerability scan is completing on my free version. Are you seeing a yellow triangle rather than a blue tick just next to that one scan item?

    Check in your Scan Options that “Scan for out of date, abandoned, and vulnerable plugins, themes, and WordPress versions” is checked, and try starting a scan manually rather than waiting for the next scheduled scan. Does this make any difference?

    Are you seeing any error text with the scan results or any information when hovering your mouse over the Vulnerability Scan item in your checklist?

    Hi, thanks for the help, there was a problem, an alert showed that WordPress hadn’t updated automatically, I contacted the hosting manager and now the problem is solved, I guess it was server side then, I then started the scan and it completed successfully without reporting anything.
    Previously, a yellow triangle appeared with an exclamation mark in the middle.
