• Hi, it’s been 2 weeks now that Wordfence shows 503 errors caused by googleboot every minute. And it says blocked manualy by admin. But I didn’t block it. I’ve searched the IP in the block list, but it wasn’t there. Also, all of this affects google search console as well.

anyway in the last days , if I check the live traffic on wordfence it is all RED

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @passionspoon, thanks for getting in touch about this.

In short, Manual block by administrator is due to manual permanent blocking of an IP, although the first reason why an IP becomes blocked will continue to be given as the reason for subsequent blocks if it tries again.

If the IP corresponds to a legitimate Google bot and you’ve checked that it’s no longer appearing in any settings or the blocking page, we’re happy to take a look. Are you able to share screenshots of these Live Traffic blocks with wftest @ wordfence . com? If there’s many for the same IP, just sending a few will be fine. Make sure to put your forum username in the subject, and let me know here when you’ve sent it.

It may also help to forward a diagnostic report from Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics to us at the same email address. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
    Peter.
