anyone else seeing problems going through the WP All Import process with Wordfence activated?

this is a WP Multisite Network, WP AI activated per site

can upload file and can go through various next steps however

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmxi-admin-import&action=confirm

    produces unformatted page containing only

    WP All Import

    Import XML / CSV

    (links to support and docs)

    using browser console see error
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    admin.php:1

    any clues?

    Hi @wasanajones

Have you confirmed that Wordfence is causing this? If so, what did the Wordfence support team say about it?

If you have not confirmed it, then please try the following steps:

    thanks

    I’ll follow those guidelines.

I’ve spent hours upon hours troubleshooting this — what the ’cause’ is remains a mystery – but for certain with Wordfence enabled, the admin.php doesn’t load on that particular step

surely there is a gazillion sites with both Wordfence and WP All Import enabled – so seems to be something unique to my setup

if I figure it out I’ll post here

If you find a solution, please do post back here, as I have the exact same problem.
    Thanks

    Incorrect stock date after import

    Hello!
In the import price list, the date of the action is set to and from. https://prnt.sc/mhgudk
After importing, these dates on the item card are displayed correctly. https://prnt.sc/mhgvlq
And the site does not display correctly. https://prnt.sc/mhgwdu
But if you go into the product after the import and press the update button, then the dates are already displayed correctly. https://prnt.sc/mhgx8x

How to make sure not to update each product manually? Or you can fix this error?

@wasanajones I’m going to mark this as resolved since we haven’t heard back. Please post here if you have any follow-up questions regarding this issue. Anyone else, please start a new thread.

    It also involves Query Monitor…

There is a thread on Query Monitor support – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/conflict-with-wp-all-import/

not resolved, but it made me look… and yep, either disable Query Monitor, or disable Wordfence to do a WP All Import import.

Thanks for letting us know @wasanajones. I was able to replicate the issue. I am not sure if it’s something we can fix on our end, but I will post an internal task and have our developers look into it just in case.
