I deleted wordfence over a year ago and google is still crawling wordfence pages. How do I delete them.

You’ve already removed Wordfence completely, but I think these pages were crawled back then and they are still there, by default Googlebot should exclude URLs with “wordfence_IH=1 and “hid” parameters, using Google Webmasters you can check Crawl > URL Parameters to see if they are excluded or not. (you can manually add these parameters there). You may also consider asking Google to re-crawl your website after that.
