 * Now that [bug 4779](http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4779) has been fixed, is
   there a straightforward way to configure WordPress to use a proxy for outgoing
   HTTP requests? (as mentioned in [4011](http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4011))
 * I’ve had a look in the Snoopy class, and can add the proxy settings there as 
   in previous versions, but I’m not sure if that will be sufficient.
