 * Hey why doesn’t wordpress 3.3 have the option to add a new plugin or search for
   a plugin

 * It does. Try looking at the tabs across the top on the Admin->Plugins page.

 * when I going to install a new plugins it only show it:
 * Descargando el archivo de instalación de [http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cms-tree-page-view.0.8.4.zip…](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/cms-tree-page-view.0.8.4.zip…)
 * but nothing more, not sho if the publing was installed correctly, but when I 
   go to list plugins it showme the new plugin intalled.
