 * Since updating to 3.4.1, every page and post on my website (with the exception
   of the root directory) has become a 404 page.
 * All my content remains unharmed when I edit it from the dashboard, it’s all still
   there. When trying to view the published content however, nothing but a 404 page.
 * This has now happened on 2 separate websites with clean, successful installs
   of 3.4.1
 * I have deactivated all plugins, re-installed 3.4.1 more than once, with no change.

 * Have you tried re-saving your permalinks via Settings > Permalinks? Just visiting
   the page should flush your rewrite rules but saving also can’t hurt.

 * I just started my WordPress blog this week. I went in today to install headers&
   background, and did so successfully. But now I can’t even access my dashboard.
   I can’t log in. What happened?

 * When I installed 3.4, I lost the audio plug in and had to modify the code to
   get it back. Anybody have any such problem with 3.4.1?

 * That’s a plugin issue – not a core WordPress one.
