wordpress 3.8.1 update lost woocommerce

    Hi all:

    We lost all access, admin and setting (entire woo commerce ) after updating to wordpress 3.8.1.

    Try to get woo commerce to reinstall on the plug in page, but show “installed”.

    Site is live and desperate help needed.

    Anyone having same issues ?

    I have just updated my woocommerce from my dashboard and now I have no woocommerce or products it has all disappeared if there is some one who can help on this it would be very much appreciated.
