# WordPress 4.1

 * I have just installed WP 4.1 on my local windows 7 machine running xampp.
    I 
   am getting the following error when I attempt to add a new theme.
 *  “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or 
   this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the
   support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.
   org. Please contact your server administrator.) in C:\public_html\wp-includes\
   update.php on line 295.

    Add the following to wp-config: define(‘WP_PROXY_HOST’, ‘proxy dns 
   name or IP address’); define(‘WP_PROXY_PORT’, ‘The proxy port’);
