I’m using the popup plugin on a website since more than 1 year, all worked fine. Updated the wordress to 4.3 last week and today I wanted to add a new popup. Created the popup but it is not showed on website.

Please let me know how many active popups do you have on you site?
The reason I ask this is because there is a limitation of 3 active popups in the free version of the plugin.
If you’re having less then 3 active popups on your site please let me know what exactly are you adding to the popup that doesn’t work and which conditions are you using if any.

Also what exactly happens when you try to activate the popup? Is it properly activated and just not displayed on the front?
Can you also post link to the page where this popup is supposed to be displayed?

In the popup is only 1 image, and there are no conditions “Always Show PopUp”

The last one (Version 4.7.1.0) updated this morning when I realised that the popup is not working.
There is no other active popup. I use popups like 2-3 times/year for several days, for anouncements, promotions.

Thanks for the link, I’ve checked your site and I can see there are few errors displayed in the console.
I’m assuming the reason Popup is not being displayed is due to the theme/plugin conflict so can you please test for conflicts by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

There are 2 errors in the console from the popup plugin “TypeError: e.on is not a function” and “TypeError: p.on is not a function” in public-min.js
What jquery version is requested for the popup?

Minimum required version is jQuery 1.7 since older versions do not have the .on function.

Updated the jQuery version from 1.8.2 to 2.1.4 http://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.4.min.js
Still not working
