  • Same here !
I bought the Pro version and with a fresh installation on WordPress 5.0, it only shows the GT3 settings panel.
Nothing is shown on any gallery panel excepts a text field entitled “Video Url”

Hello! Thanks for the quick fix. Yesterday I saw that I could add a gallery as a block. Everything works, but the default settings from the plugin settings are not applied to the delayed gallery. For example, in my plugin settings it is set that the default gallery is two columns, but when I create a new gallery when viewing a post there is a gallery in three columns. If you specify in the settings of this block that this gallery is in two columns, then when viewing the gallery is displayed in two columns.

Yes, that’s correct, this option is available in the Pro version when you work with the Gutenberg block.
The Pro version supports the conversion of the old galleries into gallery blocks and it allows to use the default settings you have in the gallery panel.

Does this mean that now the default settings are not available in the light version? Creating galleries in the same way as before the update is not available either – only through the block but without the possibility of using the default settings for the plug-in light version. Thank!

Those options are available if you are on the Classic editor. The Gutenberg blocks are an absolutely different system, that’s why all the new premium features will be included in the Pro, but we will keep integrating cool things in the lite version as well.
