 * Hi – I’ve used the plugin since the beginning. Today I did the WP Update 5.2.
   and now the plugin “disappeared” – it’s not in the list “installed plugins”.
   Now I tried to do the installation again, and this is not possilbe. The error
   message “says” Target folder is already existing…
 * What can I do now?
 * Thanks. Best, Anita

 * Hi Anita
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * This issue can happen with any plugin if an update is interrupted, only partially
   completed. You’ll need to use Hosting File Manager or FTP and navigate to the
   wp-plugins folder, there you’ll find a folder called siteorigin-panels, delete
   it. You can then re-install Page Builder from Plugins > Add New.

 * Thanks Andrew, that’s a good idea. I had the same problem at 2 different websites.
   I did it for the first one, everything fine. But now there is an addtional problem
   with the second one, as I don’t have the ftp address (like I had for the first
   website). The ftp login is managed via the hosting company…do I have access to
   the ftp via backend from WordPress or do I have to ask the hosting company to
   delete the plugin folder from the ftp. Thanks. Best, Anita

 * Hi, sorry to hear about the hassle. FTP access isn’t possible via WP but usually
   accessible from your hosting control panel (Manage FTP users) or in your hosting
   control panel you could use the file manager.
