# WordPress 7.* PHP compatibility

 * Do you know if the plugin will be safe with the newer 7.1 or 7.2 versions of 
   PHP on Windows?

 * There should not be any trouble. I use version 7.1 on my development server without
   any issues.
 * Do you have any indication that you could run into issues? The normal way to 
   check plugin compatibility is to install and run a plugin like ‘PHP Compatibility
   Plugin’ ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/php-compatibility-checker/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/php-compatibility-checker/))
   and check to see if installed plugins and themes are compatible with a given 
   version of WordPress.

 * Thanks Yannick. I was using Compatibility Checker but it was timing out so it
   never was able to check. It was the same for my other plugins so I think its 
   an issue on my server. I will let you know if I have any issues after update.
